Who we are
This website is operated by SS Wholesale LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, USA ("SS Wholesale", "we", "us"). You can contact us about privacy at info@ss-wholesale.com.
What we collect
We only collect the information you choose to send us through the contact form: your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, store or business name, the marketplaces you sell on, the services you're interested in, and your message.
Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically records basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) in server logs for security and to keep the site running. This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and discuss products or services you asked about
- To send you a confirmation that we received your message
- To protect the website from spam and abuse
We use your contact-form details because you asked us to reply (your consent and steps taken at your request before entering into a contract). We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to marketing lists without asking.
Who we share it with
Your message is delivered to our business email, which is hosted by our web hosting provider, Hostinger. We don't share your information with anyone else unless the law requires it.
If you contact us on WhatsApp or join our WhatsApp community, WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies to those conversations.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries for as long as needed to deal with your request and any business that follows, and then delete them. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or object to how we use it. If you're in the European Union or the UK, you have these rights under the GDPR, and you can also complain to your local data protection authority. To make a request, email info@ss-wholesale.com.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
